Our tomatoes are struggling, but the chard is robust this year. We harvested it tonight, after barbecuing.

I’m wondering if I’ve ever had chard before.

    Hmmm, my mom used to use it in her cooking. There was a German dish she used it in that was yummy. If I had it myself, I’d probably just put some garlic in with olive oil, then add the chard and eat it like that. But, that’s me. I think it’s pretty good added to meat and potatoes (it was a dish like this my mom made, all mixed together).
